Peter maintains a practice in general civil and commercial matters.

Before joining the bar, Peter worked in the financial Information Technology sector for more than 27 years.   He has devoted himself for 25 years in a tier one global investment bank, working in various roles including Co-Head of Project Management Office, All-in-one Systems Owner, Systems Manager, Program/Project Manager, Release Manager, Technology Lead for Vendor Management and Risk & Control, managing teams based in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and India, with team size ranging from less than 10 up to 70+. In that period, Peter was involved in a lot of banking projects such as bank mergers, Y2K, EMU, regionalization and globalization of banking systems/operations, branches built out and new branches opening in the Asia Pacific region.  He had in-depth knowledge of banking business, corporate operations and strategies as well as regulatory regime and internal risk & control policies, specializing in foreign exchange, payments & receipts, financial messaging and client reference data.
